Learning Plan During School Closure

Learning Plan During School Closure

Mrs. Rodriguez

School is Scheduled to reopen March 30, 2020

Daily Assignments:

Schoology will be the main source of communication. Every school day students’ must go online from10:00am-10:15am and read their daily task. The daily task will be in the form of an assignment posted on schoology with the date as its title. Students will be required to read and simply press “got it.” To let me know they understand what I need them to do for that day.

New Lessons:

I will be posting a video on schooling of the new lesson with practice problems. On the days where I am unable to do a video, I will upload a video from khan academy or YouTube that can explain the topic being introduced.

Assignment Submissions:

I will upload assignments on schoology where students can type the answers to the problem and get graded for it each day.

Students already have their IXL log in, they will be required to complete assigned skills on IXL either as participation or a quiz grade.

For practice work, I will provide students with step-by-step answers so that they can see what they did wrong and how to complete problems correctly.

Communication:

I will available from 10am -3pm everyday on schoology and through my email krodriguez-uachs@njcu.edu and on schoology.

Ms. DaSilvia will be available 10am-12pm and from 1pm-3pm through email sdasilva-uachs@njcu.edu
