Welcome to Ms. Chenelle's Office
Hi, I'm Ms. Chenelle, the Supervisor of Curriculum and Instruction at UACHS. That means that my job and what is most important to me are the same thing: helping our students get everything they want out of their time at UACHS. So, please feel free to contact me with your questions, ideas, or concerns.
You can email me at [email protected], and I will respond within 2 school days, or you can call my office at 201-200-2515 during the school day. Students can also message me at "Susan ADMIN Chenelle" on Schoology, and I will respond within 2 school days, though usually a lot sooner than that.
A little about me: The 2023-2024 school year is my 16th at UACHS and my eigthth as Supervisor of Curriculum and Instruction. I used to teach English and journalism and advise The Student Voice, our award-winning student newspaper. I earned my master's degree in education from NJCU, and I am currently pursuing a doctoral degree at Montclair State University in Teacher Education and Teacher Development.

- A brief intro of yourself (i.e., where you're from, how long you've been at UA, what you love about UA and your students, and/or your teaching philosophy)
- A brief description of the classes you teach
- Where assignments for your classes are posted (Schoology, Google Classroom, etc.) and how parents can join your classes
- The best time and method for students and parents to contact you -- and the timeframe within which they can expect a response
